Grit Transformation offers three core programs. The 12-Week Shred Program is designed for fat loss with weekly check-ins and custom nutrition. The Mass and Strength Blueprint is a 16-week progressive overload program built for muscle building. The 1-on-1 Elite Coaching program gives you direct daily access to Mikel with fully custom programming and WhatsApp support. All programs are available online and select programs are available in-person.
Online coaching gives you full access to Mikel's programs, check-ins, and accountability from anywhere in the world via app and WhatsApp. In-person coaching means you train face-to-face with Mikel at the gym, with real-time form correction and direct accountability every session. Both options include a custom nutrition plan.
No. Mikel works with complete beginners through to advanced athletes. Every program is tailored to where you currently are. Whether you have never set foot in a gym or you have been training for years and hit a plateau, there is a program built specifically for your situation.
The free consultation is a no-pressure conversation where Mikel personally reviews your goals, current fitness level, and lifestyle. He then gives you an honest recommendation on which program is the best fit. There is zero obligation to sign up for anything. Mikel reads every submission personally and responds within 24 hours.
Most clients start seeing noticeable changes within the first 3 to 4 weeks when they follow the program consistently. Significant body transformations typically happen between weeks 8 and 12. With a 98% success rate across more than 5,000 clients, the program works when you do.
Yes. Every Grit Transformation program includes a custom nutrition guide tailored specifically to your goal. Mikel is a certified nutrition coach so food is built into every program, not added as an afterthought.
Most programs are designed for gym use but every program can be adapted for home training. When you sign up, let Mikel know what equipment you have access to and he will build your training plan around it.
